Chatbot platform for agencies
Kyros isn’t a chatbot agency; it’s the platform behind one. Web, marketing and digital agencies use it to build AI assistants for their clients’ websites, each client in its own workspace with its own branding and roles.
People searching for a “chatbot agency” usually want one of two things: an agency that builds a chatbot for their business, or, if they run an agency, a tool for building chatbots for clients. Kyros is the tool: a chatbot platform that web, marketing and digital agencies use to set up, run and improve AI assistants on their clients’ websites. The assistants answer from the pages you list and from golden answers you write yourself. Kyros is not an agency and doesn’t take on client projects.
If you’re looking for an agency to build your chatbot
You have two options. Set up the assistant yourself: the Starter plan costs €0 permanently, needs no credit card and includes one assistant with a chat widget. Or ask your existing web or marketing agency to handle it with Kyros. The rest of this page is written for those agencies.
What agencies build for their clients with Kyros
One login can belong to several workspaces. Each client gets its own, with its own assistants, knowledge bases, members and roles, kept apart from every other client. The widget carries the client’s brand: you set colors, font, logo, launcher and position per client, and you can switch off “Powered by Kyros.” You install it with a snippet, following the guides for WordPress, TYPO3, HTML and React/Next.js. For apps or custom interfaces there’s also a REST API.
Client work needs control. Changes to the assistant’s settings go live only when you click “Publish,” and the version history keeps earlier states to compare and restore. Chatlogs and Analytics give you the basis for reporting: which questions visitors ask, how they rate the answers and where the content needs work.
What Kyros is not
Kyros has no live chat and no handoff to staff; the assistant is instructed to say so when the client’s content has no answer. No reseller or white-label program with partner pricing is published, and the Pro and Business plans are available on request. If you want to use Kyros for several clients, reach out through our contact page.
What agencies get for client projects
One workspace per client
One login, several workspaces. Assistants, knowledge bases, members and roles stay separate per client. On the Starter plan, an owner can create up to three workspaces.
Roles and permissions
Owner, Admin, Member, or custom roles built from 15 permissions. An invite never grants more than the person sending it holds.
A widget in the client’s brand
Colors, font, logo, launcher and position per client, as a floating bubble or an inline frame. “Powered by Kyros” can be switched off.
Installs on common systems
Guides for WordPress, TYPO3, HTML and React/Next.js: copy the snippet, paste it on the client’s site. Under “Website access,” you set which domains the chat can open on.
Draft, publish, version history
Changes to the assistant’s settings go live only when you click “Publish.” Up to 200 versions per assistant, ready to compare and restore.
A basis for client reporting
Chatlogs with visitor ratings, plus Analytics for chats, messages, response time and error rate, by channel and model.
How a client project runs
- Create a workspace: Set up a separate workspace for the client and create an assistant in it – a name is all it takes.
- Add content: Enter the client site’s pages as URLs, one per line, and write golden answers for sensitive topics such as prices or deadlines. Pages can be re-fetched automatically every 6, 12 or 24 hours or weekly.
- Style the widget: Match colors, font, logo and launcher to the client’s brand. Use Compare models to test two models side by side, each showing its credits per message.
- Get sign-off: Walk the client through the draft in the preview. It only goes live when you click Publish, and earlier states stay in the version history.
- Install: Paste the snippet following the guide for WordPress, TYPO3, HTML or React/Next.js, and add the client’s domain under Website access.
- Maintain and report: Review Chatlogs, fix weak answers with Revise and use Analytics for your client reports.
Example: a callback request as a Card (Beta)
Common questions from agencies
Is Kyros a chatbot agency?
No. Kyros is a platform for AI assistants that answer from an organization’s own web pages, delivered as a website chat widget or through a REST API. Kyros doesn’t build client projects itself. Agencies use the platform to set up chatbots for their clients. Businesses can also use Kyros directly, free on the Starter plan, or ask their existing agency to build with it.
How do I keep several clients’ chatbots separate?
With workspaces. One login can belong to several workspaces, and each client gets its own, with its own assistants, knowledge bases, members and roles. Besides Owner, Admin and Member, you can build custom roles from 15 permissions. An invite never grants more than the person sending it holds. On the Starter plan, an owner can create up to three workspaces; how many members can join depends on the plan.
Can the chatbot match the client’s design?
Yes. You set colors, font, logo, launcher and position for each widget, shown as a floating bubble or an inline frame on the page. You can switch off “Powered by Kyros.” Every widget still shows the “AI-generated” notice and offers the privacy panel. You manage the assistants themselves in the Kyros dashboard.
Is there a partner or reseller program for agencies?
There is no reseller or white-label program with fixed partner pricing. If you want to use Kyros for several clients and talk about terms, contact us through the contact form. The Starter plan costs €0 permanently with no credit card, and Pro and Business are available on request. Every message uses credits; each model shows how many before you choose it.
How do I keep chatbot changes aligned with the client?
In Studio, changes are made in a draft. The preview runs the draft, and it only goes live when you click Publish. The version history keeps up to 200 versions per assistant, so you can compare a version with the live one and restore earlier versions. Roles control who can change what in the client’s workspace. An audit log is available on the Business plan.
What do I use to report to the client?
Chatlogs and Analytics. Chatlogs show full conversations with visitors’ thumbs-up and thumbs-down ratings. You fix a weak answer with Revise, and the correction is saved as a golden answer. Analytics shows chats, messages, ratings, average response time and error rate, split by channel and model, for any date range. That gives you the material for your client report.
What about data protection in client projects?
Kyros is hosted in Germany, with the API and database in Frankfurt. A data processing agreement (AVV, Art. 28 GDPR) is available, and according to the privacy policy, customer data isn’t used to train AI models. Messages are processed by the provider of the chosen AI model, not always in Germany. Every widget has a privacy panel, and you set retention per assistant. Please clarify legal questions with your client’s data protection advisor.
