Install guides: add Kyros to your platform
You add Kyros with a snippet, anywhere you can add a script tag or an iframe. Some platforms require a paid plan or a template change first; each guide shows where the code goes.
Kyros is not a plugin or a marketplace app. You copy a snippet from Kyros and paste it into your website; the guides below show where it goes on each platform.
There are two embed modes. The “Floating bubble” is a script you paste just before the closing </body> tag: every page that loads it shows a launcher that opens the chat. The “Inline frame” is an iframe you place exactly where the chat should sit on the page, for example on your contact page. Requirements differ by platform: on Wix, custom code needs a connected domain, which only comes with a paid plan; on Shopware, the bubble needs a template override.
You’ll find both codes in Kyros under Deploy → “Install the widget”. The same dialog also has guides for HTML, React/Next.js and the Government Site Builder (GSB), and lets you decide whether the signed code expires (“Code expiry”). Under “Website access” you choose which domains the chat can open on.
Guides by platform
WordPress
No plugin needed: paste the snippet into a Custom HTML block or your child theme.
Shopify
No app needed: paste the snippet into your theme’s layout file (usually theme.liquid) or a Custom Liquid section.
Webflow
Add the snippet before the closing </body> tag.
TYPO3
No extension needed: add the snippet via TypoScript (page.footerData) or a Plain HTML (“Reines HTML”) content element.
Shopware
No Kyros plugin: the bubble via a template override, the inline frame via the HTML element in Shopping Experiences.
HubSpot
Paste the snippet into the Site Footer HTML field. HubSpot’s own rule-based bots come with every plan; its AI customer agent needs Professional or Enterprise.
Wix
Add the snippet under Custom Code at “Body – end”; this needs a connected domain, which means a paid plan.
Slack
Not a Slack integration: a Card action (Beta) can call a webhook URL you provide.
