Golden answer
The hand-written answer that always takes priority.
A golden answer is a hand-written model answer for a specific question that takes priority over the automatic search of the knowledge base. Whereas an assistant would normally use RAG to find matching passages and compose an answer from them, a golden answer defines exactly how an important question is answered — word for word.
Why golden answers matter
Some questions are too sensitive to leave to the chance of a text search: prices, return conditions, legally sensitive topics or statements that must follow the exact official wording. Golden answers hand you back control at precisely those points and ensure consistent, approved answers — regardless of how a user phrases the question.
