One place for team questions.
HR policy, IT runbooks, product specs — your team asks once and gets grounded answers from a reusable knowledge base.
Knowledge that doesn’t vanish into silos.
One reusable knowledge base
HR policy, IT runbooks and product specs in one place — the same knowledge base can be reused across multiple assistants.
Grounded & cited
Answers draw on your web pages and content and link their source. When something is missing, the assistant is instructed to admit it instead of guessing.
Workspace isolation
Content stays separated per workspace — teams only see what they have access to.
Granular roles & permissions
Fine-grained roles and permissions control who can read, edit or manage knowledge.
For internal teams
Onboarding, support enablement or ops questions — one assistant answers what would otherwise be passed around by chat or ticket.
Always up to date
Update the knowledge base centrally; every assigned assistant instantly answers with the new state.

Frequently asked questions
Can multiple assistants use the same knowledge base?
Yes. A knowledge base is reusable across assistants. You maintain content once and assign it to several assistants.
How is internal knowledge kept secure?
Through workspace isolation and granular roles and permissions. Content stays separated per workspace, and you control at a fine grain who can read, edit or manage it.
Where does the assistant get its answers?
From your knowledge base: your web pages (URLs you add) and hand-written golden answers. When an answer draws on your pages, it links the source below.
What happens when an answer is missing?
The assistant is instructed not to guess: if the information is missing from the knowledge base, it should say it doesn’t know — which also shows you what content is still missing.
Where is the data hosted?
Hosted in Germany: the API and database run in Frankfurt am Main. The provider of the AI model you choose also processes every message, and not always in Germany. Whether your use meets GDPR requirements also depends on your configuration; a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is available.
